But, the Site Admins are quite helpful at resetting lost or forgotten account details. With a certain "Catch 22" element.

 

It won't be the first time I've had a message from an existing member, "Can you give 'so-and-so' a hand resetting his password; he would message himself, but he can't log in to do so..."

but changing username is  fine, 

no one’d have multiple accounts, that’d be outrageous!
