It is a lot more complicated than it was in the past, but this sequence may help:-

Account Settings > Display Name, Email Address Etc. > Complete My Profile > Next > Edit Profile.

Hope that Helps.

hmm, I've tried changing email to same one but it just went back to normal page after verification, didn't prompt for completing profile.

Do I have to change to another email?

Edit

I think I was restricted by amount of posts or something.

Under Accounts Settings > Overview > in the right hand panel I can now see "Edit Profile" where Notifications and Ignored Users are. It wasn't there before.

On a PC:

Click on your 'username' (lop left, just below the site logo), and once on your profile, click 'edit profile' (top right corner of your profile image).

On a mobile device:

Click on the 'three bars' menu drop down on the top right, touch on your 'username' (where it says 'signed in as'), and then once on your profile click 'Edit Profile' which is again on the top right of the profile image, if often replaced with just a pencil icon.

You can also get to your profile by clicking on your username on any existing post of yours.

Hope that helps.

More profile options become available when a user moves from the "New Member" group to "Member", this happens once a member reaches 10 posts. I'd recommend checking again following the guidance from DHutch as you're no longer in the New Member group.

It prevents spammers (or worse) from signing up and putting dodgy links in their profiles which could potentially fall off the radar.
