Over the next couple of weeks we are going to introduce you to some of the breweries that will be represented at our August Bank Holdiay Beer Fesitival (24-26 August)

Today is the turn of Norton Brewing. The brewery is based at @nortonpriory and is a dedicated social inclusion workplace, each product is brewed and bottled by people with learning difficulties and their support staff.

Available at the event will be;

Priory Eclipse:

6.7% abv

Rich, Dark and Strong traditional bottle conditioned beer packed full of complex flavours.

Priory Citra:

5.1% Citra

Dry hopping with citra gives this hazy beer a full on bitterness and exceptional aroma.

Plenty of time, could even stop at the Anchor on route.

Gotta meet dmr at Stone and then head for Etruria and the Caldon before going up the Macc. 
So you can guess our drinking pattern 😃

 

Im saving the Anchor for the winter when she got a proper coal fire on the go. 
Yeah proper coal! Great hunks of the stuff. 
Best sound in the world is hearing them bolts slide open at 7 on a dark (weekend) night.
