Recommendations for a Boat Safety Inspector for the southern Staffs and Worcs area

As per title, our next inspection is due mid August and the inspector who we used to use (David Struckett, excellent guy) has since retired. Recommendations welcomed for  an inspector that people have used in this area. Thanks.

We have a mooring in Worcester, and have had good service from Tom Keeling.

I've used Tom Keeling too when I was moored in the area. Good from what I remember.

It seems for his website that Tom does not do Staffordshire.

It says within 25 miles of Alcester, which would just about include Stourport.

You could try Dave Freeman, although he is quite busy, he has just done our BSS.

I'd second Dave Freeman. He's based near Rugeley.

I've used Dave Freeman 3 times, good man. Just parked our boat opposite his boat and he came and did it. Whe had pre booked him earlier.

we used Phil Jones at Hatherton Marian in the end. Having sent 4 emails to the nearest inspectors, he was the only one to respond. Phil did an excellent job.
