New Narrow boat Launched on the Coventry Canal

Just watched the launch of this brand new narrowboat opposite my mooring.

 

Looks a bit on the small side and for some reason the steerer was wearing yellow waterproofs on a hot day...

I once passed one like that in Leamington Spa and the 'steerer' shouted at me to slow down

I wondered about towing one on a long thin line behind the floating electric beer drinking platform.

 

 

 

The plastic female mallard got a lot of attention. Especially from the drakes. 

 

They thought she was real.
