Hi, I'm looking for an e-book written by Cavin McGrath titled "Living Off The Grid In A Narrow Boat". It used to be available on Amazon (I downloaded the sample a long time ago) but is no longer. 

 

Does anyone know where a copy of this book can be obtained?

The 'Buy' links on that page are dead. But then a 2015 book on boating costs is probably rather out of date now.

I quite enjoyed the sample on my Kindle and would happily have read the rest of book while knowing that the costs were out of date. I was particularly interested in it because the author was 70 years old when he started living on a narrowboat.
