Well I am still old school looking after my health. Four hours int pub last evening and 2 sausage and egg baps coated with proper butter for brekky this morning, with a pint of full fat milk  :)

Lubbly jubbly, oh and its Whisky club meeting int pub at 5pm today followed by chinese take away, bloody lubbly jubbly.

That’s top class

Wouldn't do the Chinese’s Take Away myself, I prefer a Cury with a big fat naan to mop up the grease 👍

Anyone tried ‘salo’?

I discovered it drinking in Ukraine. 
Imagine bacon but the proportion of meat to fat reversed.

It’s a block of pork fat with usually a thin layer of meat

You slice it very thinly, put it on bread with a sprinkle of pepper.

And of course eaten while drinking vodka.
