This has been discussed before on here.

 

Skipton dont do marine mortgages but they allow folk to re mortgage their homes in order to release equity for them to do whatever they wish.

 

In the example portrayed in the ad. they obvioulsy bought a boat for heir daughter.

 

In another version mum buys her son a mobile coffee shop.
