Simplest way would be to moor it up on a 48 hour mooring in Chester, get CRT to section 8 it.

Once it's done, they will take it to the other end of the country as they always do following a bost seizure.

The fines and transport costs will probably be not much more than anybody elses and you havnt had to organise anything.
