C&RT predict the future

This appears to be a courtesy to boaters who may be heading that way and whose journeys could be delayed, in other words right and proper. So, why does it merit a headline? Perhaps you're suggesting that CART get things right so rarely that the news should be bruited abroad?

I'm so pleased to have advance notice of flood gate closures, it's comforting to know C&RT are on top of their game. Having said that the only thing I would like to see "bruited abroad" is Mr Richard Parry.

I assume someone clicked the right day but the wrong month on the calendar or drop-down menu used to compile the notices.

And didn't  proof read their stoppage notices - lightweights!

Not wen it cums to preef rooding

I think it's the Damian Effect.

.

PS they might be on the ball, it's been raining for two days, well nearly.....

I've got three stoppages , same date, all flood locks.

I might see how the stoppages map is coping,....

It was too wet outside to go and check the Rochdale at Tuel Lane, I'll wait for the official update. Hope the padlocks aren't rusted up!

These flood gates, are they now closed

How does it work, I don't want to see the town flooded again.

If you are still at Sowerby Bridge flood gates won't affect you. Looking at the levels nothing to be concerned about at the moment.
