I am curious about how a Negroni fixes a boat demonstrating engine problems!🐵

Do you pour it in the fuel tank or directly into the air intake?

Or do you just drink it while waiting for the engineer to pitch up ?😃

Now I can see why you wanted to get that fridge/freezer working. After all, what is a cocktail without ice.

I used to have a bottle of Martini Rosso, back in the day, but it's not really drinkable nowadays

Correct, I can't imagine having dinner parties and such like, prawn cocktail, fillet steak, black forest gateau ,,...

Isn't that an old indigestion remedy?

Anyway. Peroni is what you give your wife for indigestion. Negroni you give her for a damaged patella, and pepperoni to appease her. Hold the anchovies.

Wow. Tough crowd.

Wasn't Peroni a Spanish dictator?

Or was that Mascarpone?

OK, reviving  this thread as nothing  else seems nearer.

I noticed Smirnoff Vodka Tamarind on offer so i bought a bottle.

It's undrinkable, I've tried it straight on ice, and with spiced tomato cocktail, soda, lime, lemon, I can't get rid of the taste.

I usually use the undrinkable bargains in curry, but I'm stumped , but that concentrates the flavours,  in this instance I need to kill them.

of all the vodkas - I can’t drink any Smirnoff it makes me retch,

any cheap brand is better and add your own flavours, if it’s flavoured vodka your after,

Co-op vodka is very good, along with Glen’s vodka,

but you can’t beat a bottle of Stollie,

Ive done me research over the years,

I wouldn’t drink Smirnoff if it were being given away,

what you really want is Ukrainian beetroot vodka, that’s the ticket !

I wonder if you could use your bottle as antifreeze?
