Does anyone know of someone or company who would be able to install my solar panels and lithium batterys in the Cheshire area.

Ed might not be the cheapest you'll see, and he's mad busy, but worth waiting for.

He'll do it properly and safely, and he has a lot of knowledge and experience with lithiums- which many marine electricians are still wary of, as I found last year.
