You need to specify what type of boat you require the Skipper for. There is no such beast as a simple boatmasters licence any more. For instance, my licence covers me for twin screws up to 250 passengers on specific waterways. A basic boatmasters ticket for something as small as say a 70 foot narrowboat is a different thing entirely.
