My 22 year old PRM 80 has developed an oil leak from the output seal (slight spraying around bilge) does anyone know the the flange nut size before I strip it down and find out I don't have the correct socket! Also, it has had CC grade engine oil in from new, only changed once! should it use ATF ? Manual says engine oil but get conflicting answers on other forums. Cheers in advance.

PRM changed it so when you rebuild use ATF. No idea of the nut size. You will probably need a locking bar to hold the half coupling when undoing and doing up the net. A sturdy steel bar with two bolts in it to match the holes on one side of the coupling will usually do.  You will probably have to make the said  bar so when you split the coupling you can measure the nut.
