As title looking for advice on using the above as a paint conditioner, as I am going to repaint my red panels with epifanes mo-urethane , on the tin it says add between 5-20% what has been your experience of using it thanks in advance

We used it as a 1st primer coat after scaping off rust patches and before further priming and re-painting (patches, not the whole boat) and it does seem to keep the rust at bay.

First time I painted VS properly I was advised by a boat painter who used the marina polytunnel to use it in Masons paint. His tip was to add it until when the paint drained off the mixing tool the residue flowed off as a continuous needle thin stream. I've followed this advice ever since.  Excellent finish with absolutely no brush marks

I use Owatrol. If you don’t want brush marks then this is the product to use (see pic below). About 10% is usually sufficient. It is also an excellent rust inhibitor when used neat on cleaned up / wire brushed rust.
