hi every one .merry xmass to all .i have been using dvt 1000 tv digi pro for abt 5 years and it  as worked fine , i was thinking abt upgrading a was wondering is there anything out there better or should i stick to the dvt 1000 kind regards

If it works fine, then a ‘better’ one won’t be better.

That said I use a log periodic aerial on a pole, it works better in poor reception areas than an omni-directional antenna, but it must point directly at the transmitter or it will be worse than you have now.

yes i think so, but i just thought somthing more tecno may have been found  in the time i have had the digi pro.

Internet streaming is more where the market is these days, so I suspect that technology progress has slowed right down with broadcast digital TV, either terrestrial, or satellite. As @Chewbacka said, a better aerial is probably the best improvement, but if it isn't broke, then no need to fix it.
