Underflloor galley hole / storage / chiller

Hi, Iv'e seen a few fancy new builds fitted with the above mainly for keeping drinks chilled, does anybody know roughly the temperature you can expect from one ? I've started drinking draft beer in a box, and am wondering if this would be an alternative to using precious fridge space, thanks

"Roughly" the same as the water temperature (probably between 5 degrees in the Winter and 15 degrees in the Summer).
