Domestic sink waste to skin fitting.

I am fitting a domestic sink using 40 mm waste fitting and need to find a satisfactory method of connecting to the skin fitting which I want as 'high' as possible but just relying on gravity, no gulper pump involved. The waste I have has a rather good flexi-pipe which ends in a 40mm female. I have a few brass skin fittings & the largest being 45mm which has a 30mm push on fitting if required. .

Has anyone done anything similar? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I intend to fit the outlet directly under the chine

I also would like to fit either a nonreturn or tap perhaps using 22mm plastic or copper pipe if I can fit it in. I have brass fittings to enable fitting 22mm copper pipe to the largest skin fitting.

You could possibly use a 40 mm selfsealing waste trap. Often known by the trade as a “fanny trap” for obvious reasons🤭look for them at toolstation. Just put a barbed adapter in the other end and flex pipe between waste trap and skin fitting.
