Barton upon Irwell Boatyard ???

Hi Nicholsons guide 5 page 41 shows a boatyard at Barton upon Irwell near bridge 46a....but I can't find any further info in the guide or online ? Can anyone help pls

I think that is just a Bridgewater canal maintenance yard, rather than a working boatyard. There is a marina and moorings on the opposite side a bit further up, Worseley cruising club.
