Its clearly a standard road going caravan adapted to sit on a floating hull. Probably a self build.

 

It looks like an old Abbey before they went out of production.

Indeed. We once followed one up to Dilham and I was fully expecting it to get stuck under Wayford bridge so I hung back. Surprisingly it cleared with no problem.

The air draft on them isn't as high as you would expect it be. They are only 7'6" according the the hire information which probably means they are a bit less then that in reality.
