New Forum Format - How to adjust text size

Featured Posts

I note that sometime today the format of the forum has changed.

The text size has shrunk, making it difficult for mevto read on my phone and tablet.

How do I change the settings so that I can easily read the posts?

Given the average age of the forum members, why was the text size reduced?

there is a 'larger font size for posts' option near the top.. not sure if it works on mobile

Cant see it on my phone or tablet.

Everything was fine up to about 11:00 this morning,  then the text shrank and the symbols at the top of each page  changed.

Looks the same as before on my android phone.

Maybe your web browser has been updated and lost some text size settings.

Edited to add:

Or maybe you have unintentionally changed the forum 'theme'. That changes the icons you get at the top of each page.

is it only this forum or all websites?

if it is for all sites, you should be able to change the size in browser or accessibility settings in your tablet

Only this forum, other websites are unaffected.

Very strange.

In the browser options (three dots at top right) is "view desktop version" checked? If so, uncheck it.

Thanks, that has fixed it.

Normal service resumed.

I wonder how that got changed on my phone and tablet?

Mind you I lent my phone to Mrs Hound, so she could call her sister, because her battery was flat, so perhaps she accidentally changed the setting?

After a bit of digging i found that Chrome updated today and for some strange reason now sets the desktop site  to on by default. This doesnt affect every view it depend how the site is constructed.

Got to find away to change it back ;)
