Love the title!   I read it as manicable  which still works in the minds eye!    I hope you find someone.

Oh! you changed it, I liked it before, an engine manic would be an ideal service engineer. ?

Try Joe on 07964 103345. He and father Dave have been fixing boats for many years, used to be at Middlewich Hire Boats years ago.

He put me a new rudder cup  and bottom pin on

Engine service? It's really not that difficult. Why don't you just do it yourself, safe some money and learn a bit about your boat in the process?

It is for some people, when we had our share boat we did our own maintenance, one of the members had problems working out which end of a paint brush to hold but he did all the paper work and accounts without thinking about it. i am sure he would have told anyone that there was nothing to the paper work.

I'm sure the paperwork wasn't that difficult either.

I can do the basics but last time changed the fuel filter on the engine, got air in the engine and love nor money could it going and ended up having a get a specialist come and get it going so don't want repeat of this. Tony is busy at the moment and Chris couldn't help me as he doesn't do old listers. Chris mentioned Ian Schools but has not number for him and I can't seem to find any contacts for him. Anyone else got any ideas?

Hi Tstore. Did you manage to find out what the problem was with your engine bit starting? I have the same engine and after running out if fuel it won't start. I've got the air out if the fuel lines and pumps and tried easy start but nothing.
