I can't get through to the website for my mooring electricity account (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) Have I got the correct URL? http://gateway.meter-macs.com/ That works for me. Note that http: has been superseded by https:. In this case I was automatically redirected to the https: version of the site, but that won't always happen. So better to type in https: when you enter a url. (You may need to edit your bookmarks/favourites). Note also that this forum will no longer allow you to show images hosted elsewhere if they have a http: url. It must be https:.

I’m just filling up with water and it’s taken a few attempts with the pin to get it to activate. So maybe the server is having a moment.

Jen-in-Wellies
The metermacs web site and back end processing appears to be held together with chewing gum and string. It regularly goes kaboom. A long bank holiday weekend as well.
