As opposed to, if you have a home mooring, not being allowed to stay anywhere else for more than a night.  Home moorers have no right to stay for two weeks anywhere, it's just a concession.  Be careful for what you wish for.

The problem is Tony hasn't read the book, how to make friends and influence people. and its not doing any of us any favours. A more personable person may have had more success with his quests
