None of those pounds usually drain, however lock 3 wasn't filling a few weeks ago as the bottom gates were leaking badly. CRT chap was looking at it and said it was a busted cill that would need a short stoppage soon. Was it this pound?

Yes the pound that runs along by the side of the allotments , but also one towards the bottom of flight. Spoke to the guys this morning working on piling at Rawnhill, they wern't aware, but i never went that way to see if it was still empty.
