It really is a 'piece of string' question'

 

Hot water or hot air ?

Size ?
Length of boat ?

Number of radiators ?

 

I was quoted £2000.

 

Budget on £3000 and be happy when it comes to less.

 

Be aware that the 'cheap' ones on ebay are not marine versions which require different software and a totally different exhaust system. (The automotive version allows Carbon Monoxide and exhaust gases to escape into the boat and build up in the bilges.

Then price up poly barrier pipe and radiators that take your fancy to give you cost of materials (not forgetting the approx 50l of coolant).

 

Labour will depend on if it is a simple job or lots of woodwork etc, access of fuel supply etc.
