Need some advice on my steel hull boat

I'm curious about a boat hull it's a steel hull any advice how to get it to its former glory???

Get it grit blasted to SA 2.5 (google mobile blast cleaning) and apply a two pack epoxy paint system.  Primer, undercoat and top coat/antifoul.  Lots of good epoxy out there. Dacrylate or Sherwin Williams  as examples.  International may do an epoxy range.

 

Messy job cos the grit and dirt goes everywhere and you will need to seal off the interior with tape and poly whilst it is done but it will then last 10 years or longer provided you look after it and don't bounce it off rocks and stuff.
