Yes it's a Webasto. There are lots of similar Youtube videos showing this sort of thing but I don't understand the point of posting the video here?

Maybe the OP is a Webasto dealer and doing a bit of promotion ?

From a sound perspective it was useful to learn that it’s quite noisy. It would by useful to see and hear the same unit, or the new Evo, running in a boat.

Just listen to one of your neighbours boats and ask what heater they have. The Thermo top C is fairly common. But I'm not sure one can really glean any information on the sound output of a heater, engine or anything else from an internet video because they're all recorded and played back on different equipment in different situations.  You'll never be able to compare.

The evo is amazingly quiet. You cant hear the pumps ticking once it's going, and the burn noise is very quiet. You also dont get the on, half, off, on , half, on change in noises as it drifts between the levels.

Well as it's obviously been taken out of a vehicle it doesn't have the proper marine kit intake & exhaust silencers so will be noisy.  Installed properly the top C is very quiet, at least mine is. The video is a bit like sticking you ear 6" from your engine and claiming it's noisy.

Not near enough to neighbours to hear theirs or to easily engage with them to do so, I am somewhat remote. I have no experience of these units but am contemplating the Evo.
