GUMPY Posted January 15, 2021 Report Share Posted January 15, 2021 The feed into my transformer from the socket is about 5-600mm but I still check ground continuity every time I plug or unplug it, as well as checking the main input cable. Seems like it should be Didn't catch fire but my potted airlink did get quite hot and smoky before failing entirely, i suspect it was the thermistor which is inaccessible due to the potting compound but it could have been a wiring short. It has been replaced with a higher rated unit in a home built case of fire proof board (with ventilation for cooling) (its in a marina so not possible to have on the bank) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
