It should only take a few 'examples' being made and the result will be that there will be very few un-registered boats. Those not prepared to pay their dues, will move off and find somewhere else to 'hide'.

 

It is a shame that C&RT don't exercise their powers in a similar way.

They seam to do it about once a year
