Quick canal restoration??

Apologies if this has been posted before, but the linked video below appeared when I was watching something on YouTube. I thought it might save our waterway restoration specialists some time (when/if budgets permit)

Ah, well you see, the problem is you'd need water to activate the material.

We can't find enough of the stuff to float a boat even with the canals out of use for most of  the year.

Lay it in November, the first rains will set the concrete and the rest will fill it upby next March

I suspect one good encounter with a narrow boat and you'll have a rather bad leak.
