Penguin Refrigeration... any good?

Having watched a series of very useful Youtube videos, along with a very attentive email exchange, I sent my failed fridge's compressor controller to Penguin Refrigeration in Havant for testing. They received it Tuesday 20th Oct and, on Monday, told me that they would let me know the result of the test when it was done.

Has anybody had any good or bad experiences with them? I'm thinking it's taking a bit too long, and wondering if I've done the wrong thing

Sent a gentle reminder email after posting this morning and have just had the call to say it’s been tested and works fine, so it’s not the controller at fault.

 

I guess they are very busy, so all good now.

Definitely.  I hate it when the chocolate goes all sticky  ?
