Nightwatch
I have searched for, but not found any posts regarding the above. Anyway looked at the stoppage programme. Is it me?, or are there very few stoppages this year. I know of a couple of locks on the South Oxford that could do with a bit of repair and maintenance. They don’t seem to be on the stoppage notice. There must be others around the network. Perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place, but I don’t think I am.

Guest
Are these the couple that need repair?
john6767
There are 2 locks on the South Oxford, one south of Thrupp and one on Napron, plus the lift bridge at Thrupp. All three are closed 2 Nov to 18 Dec. Those combined with the lock closures on the Thames starting 2 Nov, meant we had to be back at Napton before then or we were in trouble!

Saw them, but I prefer the map version. 2 minutes ago, john6767 said: There are 2 locks on the South Oxford, one south of Thrupp and one on Napron, plus the lift bridge at Thrupp. All three are closed 2 Nov to 18 Dec. StephenA
Hmm - only a PDF available. They never issue emails for these and I really don't feel like manually hacking all of those across into canalplan.
Nightwatch
I do like a map to ponder over. Ploughing through pages and pages of individual stoppages is not for me. Perhaps the maps haven’t been updated.
john6767
They are on the normal stoppage interactive map.

Midnight
A fair few winter stoppages on the Pennine Waterways, then again we won't notice 'cos there's plenty of all year round stoppages to keep us locked in.

Not I but one of my colleagues has been trying to escape the Calder Navigation since August to meet up with his mates on the Ashby Canal - no chance!
