There are ways of recovering a clouded double glazed unit if that is the only problem.

It is indeed; I thought I would need a new hopper section. Thank you for the information (and to matty40s).

So a better question - can anybody point me towards a person or company who can repair a blown double-glazed unit please?

I know of no one where you are.

I have done them in the past by drilling holes in 2 opposite corners through the spacer, washing them inside with industrial clear alcohol.  Drain and blow dry with dry  compressed air while warming it up. Seal the holes and all round the edge again with black glazing silicone whilst still warm.
