Looking to buy a copper header tank for my boat but for the life me cant find one to buy ??

Look at antique sales for coal scuttles, jam pans, bain maries  fish pans etc. You may have to fit a liner to restore fluid integrity.

Just ordered some copper sheets ,so going to make one ..pics to follow

Look forward to seeing it. I got a s. steel one fabricated via our welders at work and took it to our local polishers. It came up like a mirror. Still like a mirror 6 years later.
