Traveller
I have asked this question in many places but always draw a blank. This is therefore something of a "last chance saloon". Our boat has a couple of leaky windows. They are old and the best approach is without doubt replacement. I and windows do not get on however so I'm trying to source a tradesman who would attend the boat and carry out the replacement for me. We are moored at Crick. Any suggestions? Many thanks Edited August 30, 2020 by Traveller typo

Traveller
Thank you. I would prefer it if someone could come to the boat on the basis that time is at a premium here at the moment - but the job has to be done.

cutandpolished61
Would just 00 wire wool and WD40 bring the frames back to beauty?
Traveller
MIght bring back the looks but not stop the leaks ? The seals are shot and the windows need a complete refurb. New seems the better option to me.
