Look don't get on at him. I suspect he is either a foreigner or missed a lot of education. whichever it is he can't express himself very well and I suspect he has troubles properly understanding the replies he gets. I also suspect he is rather younger than many and has the modern "entitlement" attitude. If he comes back with images and hopefully a better explanation of what is wrong I will still try to help him but I fear for the effectiveness of any repair he may attempt.
