Sad news unfortunately, but Keir Baxter, who many people may know from his various exploits with canals and boats in the North West, passed away last night after a short battle with Cancer

Other than the loss of a great friend, this is a loss to canals as those of us who have had boats rescued rebuilt and repaired by him will testify.

 

Sad day.
