Everything off the cabin top, approach slowly and take it easy. I don’t have an actual measurement, but i live locally and have yet to hear of a boat that couldn’t pass. Use the white painted guide lines to follow the channel.

I'd definitely defer to the local knowledge above, but my boat doesn't have low freeboard, in fact she's taller than most I'd have said, but I've been through there a few times in winter and the chimney's stayed on. I'm pretty sure I just stay well over to the towpath side. Maybe I've fluked it and always been through in one direction when the chimney is on, hence it has always been towpath side (thus in the highest part of the arch), but I don't think so.
