We have had people combine a boat with a caravan. Caraboat.

Now some crazy Latvians have tried combining a boat, a caravan and an electric tricycle. Z-Triton.

Pugs will always take the easy route - riding in the boat-bike trailer is easier than walking.

It doesn't appear to be on the market as of yet. Still in development. One problem for the UK is that our limit for push bike power assist is 250W and this has two 250W motors, one on each of the rear (when on the road) wheels. In its current form it would be treated as an electric motorbike, with single vehicle approval, MOT, insurance, and so on.
