I have had a seam spit due to PRV and expansion vessel failure but all my leaks have been joints. Old tanks bottom leaks are common in houses I have found

So, it is weeping from the immersion joint when cold lol. I am going to whip it out and replace with a new rubber gasket and some of that gunge The Biscuits suggested. Its so small a weep now cos I tightened it a bit but better to seal it properly.

LS-X will seal the weeping.  Just dump the pressure, wipe a bit round your leaking seal without faffing and it will be fine tomorrow for over 3-bar pressure.  It needs water to start curing, so you don't even need to dry the joint first.

Dont think I can get to it without removing it Dood but will have a bash in a day or two ?
