a month!..,,.thats what i call a trip, no wonder boats stay put. i will be single handed, but it can't be any more difficult that my very first time on a n/boat which within the first hour had me entering [single handed]  an extremely long tunnel for about an hour

As a new boater you can go through a tunnel as fast single handed as you can with a crew of three, as a new boater you wont lock single handed as fast as with a crew of three. you will by the end of the journey.

when i went through the tunnel i would have loved a couple of crew to stop the bow bumping into the walls.....by end of tunnel i had it sorted
