Sando72 Posted April 9, 2020 Report Share Posted April 9, 2020 I have a thermo top z which I'm going to use as my radiator heating How ever the diagram i have to make a new loom is different.. It says power on at pin 1 but my plug only has pins 3 5 and 6 that have working plugs in so my question is what are pins 3 5 and 6 for? Mike Adams Posted April 9, 2020 Report Share Posted April 9, 2020 I think there are some variations on the Z model(this is why I used the C version) some of which are controlled by the vehicle ECU. You need to find out if it has a manufacturers plate such as BMW or land rover. some are more difficult to use. I am no expert but picked this up. It may not be true of couse! On the Z I have (Came out of a Jag and is the type that does NOT have a circulation pump or power feed to control one) wiring is as pics belows. Please use the pics as Im not very good at colours...
