I guessed that would be one of your overnight locations but I'm still puzzled as to your Ryde overnight stop.

 

If you were there, Bembridge not Ryde, for the Fort Walk you would witness something akin to Moses crossing the Red Sea!

We will be in Ryde later in the week now. It was supposed to be our second nights stop but we had a change of plan and ended up meeting someone we "know" from a Facebook group. 

 

We couldn't both end up on the same small island from opposite ends of the country and not meet up. So we headed across and had a day at The Needles with them and then we stayed at Fort Victoria. 

 

Heading inland to a site we have booked tonight. Time to deal with the tanks. A shame to leave this spot, it is beautiful. You could leave me here all week 😀
