Crows Nest Bridge No 161 T&M

Circuit training. This included pulling up on the bridge, swinging to the middle of the canal and back, pressups on the towingpath, jumping up and down on to lockbollards and exercises on the lockladders. All very exhausting to watch after a long day's lockwheeling.
