I would suggest that is the case, I bet it looks older than yours now, or it did last time I saw it, quite shabby to what it was.

I think I lost my fight against the growing tide of rubbish on the internet about 10 years ago when there was four 'historic' narrow boat websites all copying information from all over the place without checking anything. What appeared to give their information great credibility is that they all had pretty much the sale details, but this was only because they also copied from one another.

 

The vast majority of my work is based upon first hand research, and my records continue to grow on an almost daily basis. By and large my work is still questioned as it differs so much to those websites, even though three of them shut down a long time ago :captain:
