Waters Edge Marina

Hi all,

 

Canalplan gave me Waters Edge Marina on the River Nene as an overnight stop on a trip I'm planning from the Ely Ouse to Gayton junction.

However on the Canalplan information page, it say's "Private Moorings - No Access".

 

Does anyone know whether I would be able to stop over here for the night?

If you can stop just before that at NVR at Wansford good pontoon and if the railway is running its interesting to visit.

Thanks - good idea - it's 15+ years since I visited NVR, so must go again!

Doing the same(ish) trip too. Gt Ouse to Crick although we left the Ouse it the autumn and are now overwintering in Fox's at March. Used to moor at Oundle many years ago.
