Eldog
Hi Grateful for opinion/advice. Just lit Thetford cooker after long winter break and flame has an odd burn pattern with a couple of bright yellow flames. Does anyone know cause/cure and indedd if it's safe to use. mrsmelly
Likely a bit of muck in the burner holes or jet. Go to pound land or get a tin of air duster from fleabay and give it a good blast. Worked perfectly for me at a pound.

WotEver
You might find that burner simply lifts off, in which case do so, then give it a good shake (outside) and maybe a gentle rub with a wire brush.
BEngo
That looks OK in the short term. There are no yellow flames (which would indicate a shortage of air in and too much CO out and would not be a Good Thing) The coloured flames are orangey which is probably rust in the burner after a winter unused. As said give it a good clean with a wire brush, air duster and vacuum cleaner. N
