I have read it, and other stuff by him over the last 30 or more years. I don’t like him, and never did. He was an old fashioned torythat wanted life to be the way it used to be, which is impossible, so I consider his life’s work to have been a waste.

The key word is "huge". Local CCGT and CHP stations are part of the solution, but they don't make any contributions to the profits of multinational energy companies, so we don't get many of them.
