Barbridge stoppage

CRT ave announced an emergency stoppage at Barbridge Aqueduct.  This is just south of the Middlewich Branch junction.  Apparently there is subsidence near the sluice that take excess water off into the stream below.

 

Last place to turn from the south is Hurleston Junction.  Middlewich Branch junction to the north.

Anyone know if Halsall made it past the stoppage, or are they stuck?

Had a message from them that they would be through on the 30th (Barbridge to Nantwich)  but unlikely to be back for four weeks. As they knew about the stoppage on Tuesday, I would imagine they were south of the stoppage, but can’t be certain.
